(TT) – The Duke of Edinburgh Prince Philip was born in 1921 and married Queen Elizabeth in 1947 five years before she became the queen of England.
The Royal house through the Queen announces the death of the prince, His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh this morning as he passed away peacefully at Windsor Castle.
Philp had successful surgery at St Bartholomew’s hospital due to heart-related conditions and was discharged last month. The family believe that the surgery has nothing to do with his death as they said “The Prince died peacefully”
